KALE AIR FRYER CHIPS

They cost upwards of $7-9 in the store. But they're actually SUPER easy to master at home.
 You need:
  •  a bunch of Kale (green or purple, I like to mix it up)
  • 1 tbsp garlic salt (or more to taste)
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • avocado oil or any other neutral oil lightly sprayed or tossed
  • optional paprika, or chili powder, just a pinch
  • optional lemon zest
If you have an air fryer, this is what happens next... Preheat. Set to 200.
Sprinkle around a tablespoon of garlic salt.
I like to taste as I cook, and you should too, to have that balance.
Kale can be eaten raw, so taste before you put it in the air fryer. Spray with oil, toss.
Then add about a tablespoon of nutritional yeast, to taste.
Toss again.
Now put it in the airfryer. Done!

Watch them at around 7 minutes, they might be ready. You may need to split into 2-3 batches depending on how large your airfryer compartments are.

The kale chips should be crispy and also delicious. That's when you know you did them right :)
